Ribeye Rub
Easy

Three teaspoons of salt
One teaspoon of pepper
2 teaspoons of dry mustard (I prefer Colman’s)
1 tablespoon of adobo seasoning, found in the spice section of the supermarket
Three teaspoons of garlic powder
One teaspoon of chili powder
Half a teaspoon of olive oil
Sprinkle of rosemary
This recipe comes from my husband Charles, a big fan of BBQ grilling. It’s a tasty blend that works great with any kind of meat. Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the olive oil. Rub the beef with the dry mix and olive oil on both sides, then finish with a sprinkle of rosemary. Enjoy!
