Patata al Forno [ Sliced Baked Italian Potatoes]

Seven Yukon Gold Potatoes

A pinch of salt

Season with pepper 

Oregano, dried

I use McCormick’s Italian seasoning

 

Quick and easy recipe

 

Arrange thinly sliced potatoes in a baking dish and season generously with salt, pepper, oregano, and Italian seasoning. Drizzle with plenty of olive oil to coat evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 40 minutes, until golden and crispy. Serve warm and enjoy!
