Blue Cheese Dressing

A teaspoon of salt

3 tablespoons of sugar

One-eighth teaspoon of pepper

One tablespoon of grated onion

One cup of olive oil

Half a cup of cider vinegar

A can of Campbell’s Cream of Celery Soup

Half a cup of crumbled blue cheese

 

Combine cream of celery soup, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, onion, and blue cheese, adding the olive oil first. Blend until smooth, then serve with salad. Enjoy!
