7 Sweet Potatoes
4 Oz. Butter
1 Cup Water
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Cup White Rum
1/4 Cup Liquor 43 [ amaretto also works]
In a large cooking pot melt the butter and then add the sweet potatoes . Add the remaining ingredients except the rum and the liquor . Cover the pot for 20 minutes then add the rum and liquor . Stirring occasionally over medium heat until sweet potatoes are tender and fully cooked . Enjoy!
