Ingredients

  • 1 Stick Unsalted Butter, clarified butter
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper
  • 5 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Handful Basil, minced
  • Pinch Oregano, dry

Method

    Easy and simple recipe.

    Ingredients:

    Mince the garlic and basil. Place the  oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and basil in a bowl. In a saucepan melt and clarified  the butter . Mix all the ingredients together.

    Lobster:

    Slit the lobster tails in the  middle with a sharp knife. Insert a wooden or metal skewer from one end of the tail to the other. Season with salt ,pepper, oregano, garlic and basil.  Place each  skewered lobster tail on a sheet of aluminum foil and tent each tail with 2 to 3 inches of space between the lobster tail and the foil. Make sure you seal the foil tightly to avoid air from escaping.  Place each foiled  lobster tail over a hot  barbeque grill for  15  minutes. Open the foil and make sure the tail is red in color before serving. Once is cooked open the foil and pour the clarified butter over it .

    Clarified Butter:

    In low heat melt the butter in a saucepan . Remove from heat and wait until the milk of the butter goes to the bottom of the pan , then skim the foam and there you have it . Clarified butter. Enjoy!
