  • 1 Pound Slice White Bread, cut the crust on all sides
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper
  • 1 Cup Cooking Oil, Vegetal Oil
  • 3 Large Tomatoes, ripe
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, large. minced
  • 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper
  • Croutons

    Easy and simple recipe.

    In a large bowl, let bread soak in cold water [enough to cover] for 5 to 10 minutes. Partially drain bread by pouring off excess water left in bowl . Cut into quarters the tomatoes, green peppers and garlic. Measure cooking oil and vinegar. Blend all ingredients in your mixer. Pour into large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with the following garnishes in individual side dishes; chopped ripe tomatoes, chopped green peppers, chopped onions and croutons [optional] . Enjoy!
